# RFQ preparation sample

This demonstration turns a single synthetic text-PDF layout into a review workbook. It contains four requested items. Two have valid catalogue entries; one has an expired price and one has no exact catalogue match. Those two rows have no calculated amount. All rows require human approval.

The workbook records the extracted source line and the catalogue reference. It does not select substitutes, convert units or currencies, infer prices, confirm stock, or send a quotation. Products and prices are invented sample data.

This sample establishes the processing path for one explicit layout. It is not a client case study or proof of support for arbitrary PDFs. A real engagement starts by checking redacted files and agreeing field mappings, catalogue rules and expected results.

The proposed paid test is USD 200 for up to three same-format files, up to 50 lines each and one approved catalogue of up to 1,000 SKUs. Scans, multiple layouts, catalogue cleanup, ERP integration and automatic sending are excluded. Final scope, timing and terms are agreed before commissioning.

If appropriate after the test, a repeatable local workflow can be scoped at USD 800 total, including the test credit. Installation, export dependencies and the supported customer environment must be validated before that stage is agreed. The demonstration is not a ready-to-install customer product.

To assess fit, provide a redacted RFQ, the relevant catalogue rows, an example of the desired output and the person who confirms business rules. Do not send credentials or personal customer information.
